A landmark event on the Southeast Asian photographic scene, the 16th edition of the Photo Phnom Penh Festival will be held from November 19 to December 19, 2025, in the heart of the Cambodian capital.
16years! It has been 16 years since Photo Phnom Penh was born on the initiative of Alain Arnaudet, then director of the French Cultural Center. Photo Phnom Penh Association (PPPA) is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization founded in 2014 that aims to empower and provide technical photography skills and develop training opportunities for young photographers and youth.
The purpose of the celebration is to exchange technical skills and knowledge and build networking among artists, co-partners, organizers, visitors, and youth across continents, as well as free access to art for the youth.
The Photo Phnom Penh Festival has been organized since 2008.
